8th Cir. declines to review a denial of QI for officer who claimed he had to shoot a suicidal man because he was pointing a gun at officers *through his own head*.
No QI (at this point).

So, depending on the power, gauge, of the gun doesn’t matter? If he shot himself in the head while aiming at the officers direction, could the bullet not have hit the officer? It could have just gone right through.
My policy here is the same as at the Bad Place. Replies couched as "so [confrontationally restates what I wrote to say something that I did not write]" get one warning, and then they get blocked.
