Okay so after some trials I'm going to go with a mix of CSP and affinity suite to replace my Photoshop subscription. CSP for painting and affinity for photo editing. Krita was close to taking the spot of CSP but the brushes and painting felt better to me on CSP.

Giving CSP a test run, it's pretty good, so far I like it.

To replace Adobe, I've picked affinity suite. If Canva decides to make V3 subscription based at least for now v2 seems like a good deal. Pretty good alternative for photoshop for editing, but not really there for painting. Grabbed CSP as a demo and a gave it another shot, seems better for painting.

Apple sent me a questionnaire about my MacBook pro purchase, I said it's an overpriced piece of gear that can run less things than my steam deck. Great battery life though.

Adobe changed their usage license to give them access\automated access to all your images and videos. That's what prompted me to cancel my subscription. But the worst part is that they forced me to accept the new terms and conditions to be able to cancel my subscritption. They're scum.

Just stopped my Adobe subscription. Not sure about what I'm going to use on the desktop.

Oil Tests. Made a piece to use every single brush from an Oil brush pack. Didn't like any of them. I like the utilitarian brushes and textures. But the actual brushes had too many hue shifts and wet edges.

Practice Run. Tried a different approach to painting than I usually do. Not sure it comes on the final. Went more painterly than flat shading. Still can't add videos on Bksy. I'll add the 30s video on a free post on patreon.
