I am not saying it’s fair, but I am saying it’s been known for years how cons and the media behave during elections. The campaign did not take seriously the issue of Biden’s age, *because* it was coming from cons. They were fools. And if all they have is “moar orange man bad,” then let’s go Harris.
It’s a lazy, insulting, and unimaginative response, but yeah.
Regardless of the unfairness*, the narrative /has/ set in and it’s clear the candidate, the campaign, and the President has no realistic response.
*every D candidate has legit beefs, my fav Warren was a hysterical schoolmarm or somesuch
