From the prices on these stamps not being released until next month I'm guessing all rates are going up by 30c. The current price for me to send a medium envelope to Ireland is $4.
I just remind myself of how amazing it is that I can have something delivered by hand right to my recipient's door on the other side of the planet, and $4.30 doesn't seem unreasonable.
