I should point out that, on more than one occasion, the response was tears and "don't you remember me, Great-Grandmama?"
But she remained serene and it all passed with time.
Once we reach a *certain* age we should start wearing name tags. My wearing one will signal to you that I probably won't remember your name & mine will be right there on my name tag. Like pining milk $$ to our collars in school Easy peasy
