It really was exciting that we could eat what the astronauts were also eating. We felt so special when mom could afford a box on occasion.

Yes Big disappointment when we finally broke down my mother to buy them.

But the astronauts ate them, Louis! lol

Was advertised that astronaut helmets had a little hole in them to snoot your snack directly into your mouth from the vacuum of space.

In the 80s German comic books (I was partial to “Micky Maus”) often had these flexidisks as “extras” in them.
