Not that he'd do it, but given the unlimited power the Supreme Court has just bestowed upon him, couldn't Biden just order all regulatory agencies to ignore the Supreme Court's Chevron decision and continue with regulatory business as usual?
I don’t think the immunity decision lets him ignore legal statute, just avoid criminal prosecution. That’s why you need stuff like Schedule F, so when the regulatory agencies say “we can’t do that” you fire them all.
