If it helps, they’re likely vinyl decals rather than paint, which is much cheaper. Still not something I want public money spent on, but not quite so egregious. P.S. ACAB, abolish, etc etc
They have an annual budget somewhere between 5 and 6 billion. That's more than some countries spend on their entire military budget.
