If you were wondering why the fireworks show at the O's v Mariners game on July 3rd was so bad it's because the truck full of fireworks for the display was stolen and they had to rush order new fireworks to replace it
My parents went into town to see fireworks after the town announced they were putting on a display but it turns out their town isn't having a fireworks display and the announcement came from a fake, AI generated website that somebody created for god knows what reason
Both of my BILs were at the game and one of them is friends with the guy in charge of the fireworks so he hit him up like "dude what happened that was so bad"
The shipment came up from Sacramento and parked in Federal Way overnight where it was stolen. They found the truck in Kent the next day but it was empty which means somebody has an MLB fireworks display amount of explosives in their house somewhere in the greater Puget Sound area
