A chocolate brand that I *hear* the name of in a South African accent.

I didn't realise you could ever get it here, I thought it was like the chocolate-covered marshmallow Haribos.

It was not as good as the Spira. Or the Snowflake. I loved a Snowflake and then Anthea Turner messed it up for everyone.

Just googled it, what a bizarre story

It was just an old fashioned tabloid stitch up. They tried to make out that she'd had her wedding sponsored by a chocolate bar. She hadn't.

Truly bizarre

Oh, got me with that one then. Thing is at the time she'd have done the opening of an envelope, so it was vaguely plausible.

Jack Dee grilled her about it on the first ever Celebrity Big Brother. She denied she'd made any money from it, seemed genuinely upset about the whole thing.

Basically she sold the sponsorship rights to her wedding. This achieved national coverage. Including awful photos of the bride and groom biting unconvincingly into chocolate bars.
