I remember laughing at Johnson when he said this about Trump's conviction on 34 felony counts:
"I think that the Justices on the court – I know many of them personally – I think they are deeply concerned about that, as we are. So I think they'll set this straight."
Once concept of the appeal is tainted evidence -- tweets and personnel observations of his work habits. If all that is inadmissible, so are Nixon's tapes, right?
