My pointer Lily had a boyfriend Pablo who was our friends dog. We would dog sit for each other, and... I have no clue what they might get up to, but I could feel Pablo telepathically telling me "you can leave us alone now..."
You know... Just to put a endnote here. Lily was a specular dog, and one I was "above" her in her mind for "dealing with bad situations", but Pablo.... He could get the tennis ball from the nasty high surf. Pablo was all man dog.
