Spending time away from the computer/phone and news usually helps. Taking photos with the phone would be an exception because I enjoy that but a good hike or swim regularly is possibly the main way I retain some sanity. 😎

Tangent: This cartoon in my inbox made me panic for a second yesterday because for some reason I thought someone was sending me a revised upcoming event map I was going to have to try and interpret. 😂 SO glad this wasn’t an event map.

I think the same holds true for Thunderbird, Mac Mail and a few other things. Rules, filters... Also useful when something just will absolutely not properly unsubscribe you from their newsletter but you don't feel like reporting it as spam either (because you still like the company.)

I swear there was a leaked iteration before this one that was … nope … nope ummm that was the desktop version I’m remembering with an early url. Though I suspect it’s also useful to have early adopters kick the tires before releasing to everyone.

Currently 75°F but it feels like fall because that’s so much cooler than it has been. Kentucky likes to have massive temp swings. I just want to get in a bit more swimming over the next few weeks. Or get a hot Sept where I can still swim weekends.

Ok - who is wishing for cooler weather? It’s very pleasant outside right now but the radio just said expected low tonight will be in the 40’s (49°F would count.) This is going to make the pools like taking an ice bath tomorrow… Mmm maybe not such a bad thing but I need to look for my sweatshirt.

On the fence. But at least near the end you wouldn’t have to close the lid and violently hit it on the counter to try and get the last bits to move down like you do with the squirt bottles. Would there be an organizer for them so they don’t get lost in the bottom of a door bin when they’re low?

I have mixed feelings about this and it would depend on the implementation. I tend to avoid using Facebook and Twitter to sign up for other things for example. I’m curious what you had in mind. (Also forgot to mention the biz accts I have.)

My personal account you get a little bit of everything that is me and it’s a bit chaotic. I know I was annoying people with rapid posting tests from various SMM tools so I did give that its own account. And my Bsky Feed acct was just so I could get notifications separated out.

My feed is looking like a watch party that probably makes more sense with the video. I guess I need to hunt down a recorded unedited version tomorrow given.
