One of Albuquerque's hidden gems is the network of irrigation ditches weaving through the north and south valleys, perfect for long, serene walks. My 07/07/24 postcard captures a peaceful Sunday morning scene of a couple walking along Campbell Ditch, which we encountered en route to Old Town.

ALL reporting on addiction should include helpline info, just like all reporting on mental health includes suicide hotline number. This article is a good example of doing that. I would like to add: if you want help w/o the state being involved you can call your local 12-Step Groups hotlines.
