I know we're all worried about the demise of American democracy, but I can't believe this story isn't blowing up my timeline.
Israel, a US ally receiving tons of US aid, is trying to pass a law to execute 9k+ defenseless people by shooting them in the head and we all just shrug? This is MONSTROUS.

It is so far beyond the fucking pale, I cannot even get my head around it. No trial, no due process, just a bullet to the brain. FOR more than 9k people. HOW is this something any human being can contemplate, much less carry out?
