I am not aware of ANY indigenous group that has either proposed or completed such an effort. It's up to YOU to demonstrate that ANYONE but Zionists have ever even floated this idea, much less accomplished it.
If any indigenous group proposed to re-establish a defunct nation-state with the intent of importing settlers to make itself the ethnic majority while displacing and dispossessing the equally indigenous group already occupying that territory, I would consider it unjust.
