Originalists just violated the principles & concerns of the Constitution's framers.
The framers broke away from a king deemed a tyrant.
They profoundly distrusted centralized power.
They even considered an executive panel -- rather than a single president -- to not give that much power to 1 man.
America as an idea that all men are equal under the law is finished. Supreme Court have turned us into Russia. Staggeringly shocking that Americans would do this to their country and their citizens.
We're beyond grounded rational reasoning to explain the right wing. I'm just surprised they didn't insert something in there to nullify this decision when a Democrat is in the Oval.
To think a crappy ruling like this and then many voters who are apathetic like myself after condescending Dem supports angrily attack the idea of replacing Biden. But guess what, I’m staying home. No longer care. Red hat goon is gonna win.
