Dunno... I use only a minimal amount of bio cheese...I add nooch sriracha passata and hommus and tomato paste as the base topping instead of straight tomato paste. This gives pizza a tasty cheesy taste imo.

Thai chilli basil with veg and tofu is a bomb. 😁

it wouldn't be much as a single topping, but I've found that sweet corn is a great addition to any veggie pizza

I dunno, the British tendency to put sweetcorn on "standard" veggie pizza here annoys me, tbh. I mean, it tastes OK, but I feel like the main thing it manages to do is fall off the slices of pizza and make a mess.

Put it under the cheese. It's best steamed anyway, not roasted. --ex pizza professional

Yup, different toppings need different treatments. Broccoli goes under too. Tomato and pimento/bell pepper are wet enough that they can go on top. Tinned mushrooms on top, fresh mushrooms are a judgement call, but delicate ones (oyster, maitake/hen of the woods) probably underneath.

Unfortunately, that's not what pizza restaurants here usually do with sweetcorn on pizza. (fill in the blank with whatever reason it is that I'm having a pizza I didn't personally choose the toppings for).
