Definitely. Bruce Timm said in a STAS commentary that any decent Superman theme has to have the word "Superman" in it. I feel like even before those three notes though, the early part has a bit of "Look up in the sky!" to it, too.

Timm wasn't exactly correct though - Williams' Superman March is definitive, but despite all my other problems with "Man of Steel", I think Hans Zimmer did some marvelous stuff with that score.

It was the end credits of "Man of Steel" that I was singing along with today!
