Can you use your regular sim and the eSIM at the same time? Like receive iMessages? Or only the eSIM data? 👵🏼

Yes, you can use both at the same time!
Using Dual SIM with an eSIM - Apple Supportsupport.apple.com Set up and use Dual SIM.
