It may not be representative but looking at an enclave like /r/ezraklein makes me think some chunk of these people are getting legitimately “radicalized”.
Playing up every shred of confirmation, Pure doom-pilling if Biden doesn’t drop out, withholding donations, etc etc.
That is absolutely happening. I used to read most of the comment threads there but ever since Ezra made his first stupid "Biden should drop out" argument months ago, the tone has been growing increasingly apocalyptic. The debate threw it into overdrive, it's unreadable now.
Is the Replace Biden crowd just the Not Voting for Biden crowd, using a different argument to not vote for him or is this a new thing? If it’s the same bloc of people then nothing has really changed overall, right?
