Watching Suzume for the first time and while the repeated earthquake alerts gave me an inkling, as soon as they were headed to Tohoku, I knew where it was going.

I have family coming to stay with me while in between places. I kind of got used to living alone so we'll see how it goes.

I will never return to Twitter but man, some posts on here really hammer home how... melanin deficient this place is.

I pop into Twitter very briefly every once in awhile and today I was greeted with 'Samoa Joe', 'Rest In Peace', and 'Rest Easy' in the what's happening. Thankfully, they were unrelated but I was like "Come on, man".

Was looking at some files for Mega Centurions and despite everything (2020, death of family members, etc.), the fact that it got finished is still remarkable. I'll probably have a lot of conflicting feelings about it but it's still a solid book. Just wish I had crowdfunded it instead.

Went on LinkedIn and immediately saw a picture of Michelle Obama with them saying "Can Michelle Obama beat Trump?" What?

Back on Twitter, I would ask myself 'Huh, I haven't seen any tweets from xyz, I wonder what happened to them?' then search their name to discover I just muted them and forgot about it.

A big part of July 4th is that I live right on the state line outside of Chicago so people come over to buy and shoot off the fireworks they can't legally have in the city. So people really make it count.

The big finale is happening.

Someone is just hooting and hollering outside after every big explosion.

I'm not fond of fireworks anymore but that's because one year, we put out a mattress late June and the people didn't pick it up before the 4th so of course it ended up catching fire and ended up completely melting our garbage bin.

Randomly wanted to listen to the Black Thought Hot 97 freestyle. Still fire.

I've been on BlueSky since October and don't even have 800 posts yet. Probably a good thing in the long run.

I don't know. Newspapers and websites seem to be constantly showing us the people to get mad at. In their own unedited words even. I feel like some of the anger people have could be directed at making their lives worse. Not even on some violent revolution shit, just making their lives miserable.

Apparently, Rick Ross played Not Like Us in Canada and got run up on.

A big reason I'm not looking forward to this is because I know who usually ends up on the receiving end. Which I'm already seeing.

Not looking forward to the upcoming months of people flailing desperately and lashing out at people in the same spot as them rather than the people making the decisions.

I don't know. It's like me lashing out at my brother when both of us are under the thumb of our alcoholic stepdad. At some point, you have to realize who you're really mad at and start thinking about what to do about it. Eventually, I got fed up did something about it.

Back when I first came home from Japan, I started reviewing episodes of Monday Night Raw on my blog because that's what I was watching and the one line that sticks with me is me saying Seth Rollins looked like he had mad JNCOs in his closet.

I don't use IG that often but I went on today and can't make posts for some reason. I can't even check my old posts.
