Sunday Baking Continues! This Sunday I made 4 loaves of banana bread, with pecans both inside and on top! It was from an old Best of Sunset cookbook. I thought it was pretty good and I would make it again.

I love those old Sunset recipes. Those are beautiful!

It turned out pretty good.

The icing had orange juice in it. Our neighbor behind us has a big orange tree. Good tasting oranges too. But, He moved. So I was trying to reach the oranges over the fence, but I'm too short. My husband who is way taller got 3 for me. It's a bummer when old friends move. Nothing is the same. 🤭

You might try taking one of those banana breads over to the neighbors and see if it’ll sweeten them up. You never know…
