i see that the BTS stans have finally arrived to bluesky, and honestly i am kind of surprised it took so long for kpop stan accounts to have ANY foothold on bluesky. even without video i kinda figured they'd set up shop ages ago
they can be! these early ones seem very eager to foster a good image of themselves and of their boys. i worry what'll happen when other stans show up though, as stan wars get VERY messy
They’re decent and very organized. I accidentally touched a nerve on Twitter when I joked to one Army member that someone could write a textbook about their organization efforts, b/c apparently they’ve had outsiders come in friendly and then misrepresent them in articles. I understood the reaction.
I saw one that started with "from what I can see, users here are trying hard to have a respectful tone". I am praying they continue to think that. We don't need them discovering the blood feuds.
Hi! Newly arrived from that other place. Most ARMY I know that are migrating are looking for more positivity and less drama. I know I am. I never was much for fanwars.
For the most part, I think we have that here. There's been "some" drama here and there that I've seen from the edges, but it tends to blow up quickly and the shitty people move along somewhere else. It is infinitely more positive than the bad place tho, so the occasional drama is tolerable (for me).
