At the venue: 1. open windows and doors in meeting rooms--HEPAs too, if possible 2. hold coffee/snack breaks near outdoor seating 3. keep windows and outside doors open around spaces where people will gather (e.g., registration desk, coffee/snacks) 4. some free 😷 5. visible C02 monitors 2/3

Info for participants: 1. a list of local restaurants with outdoor seating 2. a list of local stores that sell respirators (pharmacies, hardware stores) 3. links to credible material on benefits of boosters, respirators, etc. (e.g. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38775460/) Other ideas? 3/3
