John Roberts doesn't care about law. He cares about who you are. If you are a rich, white, christian and conservative or fascist, he is on your side. The less you match this, the less he is on your side. That's really all there is to him
It would be easy enough to say, "Yea, decision stands, the police can break up the encampment," knowing full well that the police always selectively enforce these rules, mostly against minorities and the poor.
