Started reading the first Percy Jackson book to my boy this week. He hasn't loved every book I've chosen to read him but this one is definitely hitting to some degree; it's fun to see him perk up when Percy says something about his school struggles he finds relatable. ðŸ¤
I love the Percy Jackson books myself and think they're a great choice to show an unengaged reader what's great about books, although there is a bit of dated language to have a word about.
