Tonight’s cocktail is the simple lemon drop made with lemon vodka for more lemony deliciousness
2 Oz vodka (regular or citron)
1/2 Oz triple sec
1 Oz lemon juice
1 Oz simple syrup
Shaken over ice
Put into a glass with a sugared rim
Half hour ago I said to myself “What was I thinking inviting people over? I’m not ready for this!”

We're doing "share about yourself" on our staff meeting and one of my peers came from the insurance world.
He said Ty Pennington had a lot of claims because he would have people have accidents at his house, he drove crazy, etc.
He also handled claims for Kim Kardashian. 😀
