Health update: my first batch of chemo just mostly made me exhausted, gave me ridiculous acne, and I started losing my hair. Since my shower drain couldn't take it, it was time for action. Fuzzzzzy.

Review of ‘Enchanted Cities’ (1957)letterboxd.com It's lovely to see both of these Italian cities from the 50s, back when there weren't giant cruise ships cluttering up everything. But it's fairly generic as a travelogue.

Health update: First round of chemo was today. Being that it was less than two hours ago, I feel fine, but we'll see how it goes. I also have to keep taking my temperature, so I bought one of those forehead gun ones. I love it. I take everything's temperature now. HOUSE. LAPTOP. ME. BACK TO HOUSE.

Review of ‘Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga’ (2024)boxd.it Far too much exposition, a weak soundtrack, and a definite lack in sheer spectacle and madness. While it fits nicely within the other Mad Max films, it no where matches the beauty of Fury Road.

Weirdness abounds. I can't access the Mastodon instance I'm on while using the regular ol' Virgin Media connection, but I can while using GiffGaff's 4G connection, or when I go through a VPN. Freakin' weird. I thought y'all were dead. No, it's just me.
