WHEN when will the seattle public library bring back placing holds and checking out ebooks and stuff, i want to reaaad (context: some hateful motherfuckers did a ransomware attack on the entire system on memorial day weekend and they only JUST got public wifi back online like two days ago)

Everett Public Library, has a reciprocal agreement with Seattle; if you apply for an account online at EPLS.org, you'll be able to sign in to Libby and CloudLibrary for e-books. Online accounts last three months before you'd need to come in and verify your info. (We've had a LOT of signups lately.)

That’s so weird! It was back up for me as of a few weeks ago. Maybe it’s only the Libby and Overdrive apps that are working. 🤔 FYI, King County Library System is open to Seattle residents and is an even larger lender of ebooks etc. I got my KCLS card while SPL was down.
