IDK kind of feels like we should be paying more attention to a prominent conservative think tank saying we're in the midst of a second american revolution that will remain bloodless as long as long as the left lets it be, then whether or not Biden should step down.

This is not a defense of Biden, the Democrats or anyone else. It is a critique of the media (which is kind of what I do a lot of) that outside of kind of the fringes is treating everything as normal instead of plainly detailing the risks the US are facing.

I'd say since people actual want a competent leader to fight fascism, it's pretty entwined. His decline creates a lot of despair.

And yet there's more ink spilled on his age and his competency than on fascism.

Republicans aspire to dictatorship. It's the line from Emperor Palpatine: "Once more the Sith shall rule the galaxy!... and we shall have peace."

And demanding to know what Biden is going to do about it before it's too late.

It's really zany of them to say "lol, the Left are the violent ones," when they've been cosplaying as Rambo McAntigovernment for the past four decades. Accusation is projection, always.
Since Kevin Roberts of Heritage is naming their project a "second revolution," I suppose we should get into the habit of referring to their project as a counter-revolution to highlight its reactionary focus.

Well Biden and the Democrats are hopefully spending all the time on that and getting the message out to their constituents what is at stake, shouldn't they?
Biden suffered from jet lag because he had taken several flights across several time zones before the television appointment.
