Yes exactly. A credibility battle between 2 guys isn’t the smoking gun that was implied heavily previously in this saga in my opinion. Maybe they win but that’s what it appears to be.

Dude, seriously, ask people who have been on criminal juries. We've been educated out of a lot of those bad assumptions. Testimony and who you believe and what evidence standard you think that meets is most often what matters.
