I'll go first 😋 Honestly, I'm shocked that "empty-handed magick" techniques aren't widely taught and discussed. While it's tricky if you aren't a strong visualizer, it's a great option if you don't have access to physical tools.
I feel like this is discussed quite a lot. It is one of the first things that people say whenever someone complains about not having the right tools.

I have only done the first. I am approaching it from an academic angle. I had incredible results as well. Part of why I shifted to scholarship. I’m a bit of a coward.
The first one's a great one! It can unlock a lot of stuff for people, though, so don't be too hard on yourself for taking a step back. During the covid lockdown, I went through discs 1-5 and had some freaky stuff pop up for me, too. Mostly it was my fear manifesting as scary images. 😅
