Some things about this job are perfect. Other things are wretched. Just got informed that I'll be punished if I call in sick anymore. 👍 And as far as I can tell from research, it's only illegal to punish sick days if they are paid sick days. Which I don't get. At all.

It will never not be infuriating to see people say "if my partner ever mentions this topic I will break up immediately" because that means your partner isn't allowed to trust you with all of their feelings. And that's not healthy for either of you.

Kinda wild that being stressed makes me violently ill, and after work cut my hours due to no fault of my own, I started calling in sick more. I'm sure the two are unrelated.

It's always weird thinking about the fact that I like the idea of sex more than I like actual sex. Maybe that'll change when I get E, but for now this is the life I live.

My lap is my cat's favorite napping place. Between my legs when I sleep is her second favorite. Where I was sleeping when I'm not in a good lap location is her third favorite. She loves me.

What if we had the kind of love that true crime podcasts talk about in hushed tones?
