My local TV news just ran a two-minute piece about Maura Healey's comments on Biden and tagged it with a banal note that Trump "spoke to veterans" today. Nothing else. Local TV news is absolutely failing political coverage right now and it's a huge issue.

It is INCREDIBLE to me that any reporting on veterans affairs and trump doesn’t start with “he said that people that were killed in battle were losers”

Exactly!! These are people who are schooled in typical journalism where you've gotta just mention the other candidate. But we need more at this moment!
