What percentage of people on each social media platform do you think actually vote? Is it more or less than the general population?

Okay: Facebook 60% bc of the awareness of local issues and local elections. Twitter/Bluesky: 45% lots of highly informed voters TikTok: still gonna say around 40% - TikTok skews older than we think and those in Gen Z and Aloha who pay attention care but not for local Insta: LOL

I think all of them are slightly higher than their demographic with the exception of Boomers

I would say more bc high interest voters vote.

And people on social media end up being more aware of issues than not online voters and especially more than the low interest voters who only vote in presidential general elections

My instinct says more than, in all cases. Willing to be proven wrong.

Obviously Twitter would be the highest. Facebook is pretty high, though! It skews Boomer-y, and they turn out!

I see a lot of local candidates using Facebook because it's easy to access local group pages and speak directly to your audience.

I'm genuinely conflicted about which direction is better, tbh

What's "on each social media platform"? Just have an account? MAU? DAU? Posters?

It’s gotta be higher across all platforms except tiktok. Just by age demo Facebook should vote more than than average
