One weird little note. The Times, in its INFINITE wisdom, calls Banks the "chief" of the NYC schools, while other news sites call him the Chancellor, because that's his damn title, and NYT gives the other school chiefs their title.
Disrespect? Or assuming people won't know what Chancellor means?
