Wouldn't that do something to the bananas? I don't know what, but I've never heard of putting bananas in a plastic bag. ??

When I lived in Panama I vaguely remember bagging bananas for this reason.

Not sure. Or try paper. Or try both as an experiment.

Yes, I should definitely experiment. I feel reluctant to, like I might hurt the bananas, but there really are a lot of bananas out there just waiting to be experimented on, waiting for their ultimate end.
