It's funny that the democrats have been telling me that every election of my adult life has been the last bastion of democracy and then when they win said election they just dick around with tax credits and completely ignore the threat to democracy.
The theocratic fascist from 2004 was a fun uncle in 2016. The dangerous lunatic who was going to start a world War in 2008 was a hero without flaws in 2018. The deranged cultist from 2012 was the principled defender of democracy in 2019. It's extremely clear they aren't taking this seriously.
