All the states have different rules for getting on the ballot (I think there’s one (Ohio?) where the deadline is before the convention). Don’t assume good faith on the part of any republican officials
Correct. Aware. This is why the DNC is roll calling early — before the convention, before the deadlines — to officially nominate Biden. They can do the same for Harris after Biden drops out.
No issue at all, except there’s not much time to waste.
Voters: I hate that the only argument you keep making is "at least he's not Trump."
Democrats: Freak out over 90 minutes of television, replace Biden.
Voters: Why should I vote for this person?
It’s completely disingenuous to pretend Biden’s severe deficiencies amounted to “90 minutes of television” or a “bad debate.” The Democrats need to be the party of reality.
He’s cooked. We must move on.
You know what's a reality bozo, no major political party has ever had a candidate withdraw in July, figure how it's going to replace him, figure out who it's going to replace him with, and gone on to win in November. In fact, it's such an insanely fucking stupid idea it hasn't even be tried.
It’s actually not hard, guy. VP exists for a reason. There’s only one option here, but it’s a great option. In fact, she’s now polling better than Biden nationally and in swing states.
Step aside. Roll call. Nominate. Move on. There’s frankly little to it, she’s already on the ticket!
