With election denialism—for 2024 as well as 2020!—now required for GOP candidates & officeholders, it's increasingly hard to argue that Republican voters don't actually believe it, that they're simply trolling pollsters with pro-Trump answers. No reason to think they're insincere. It's a scary time.

Sadly, based on my interactions with pro tRump family members and far flung high school acquaintances who never went to college, they very firmly believe it.
