I don't know the guy, but just that entire paragraph alone is a hell of a damning. I'm guessing I don't really want to know more about him other than "0 stars, do not recommend"?

Yeah. Possibly negative stars. He is the author of Texas's SB 8, and has a cottage industry of terrible litigation/lobbying.
