I'm not sure I can agree with that.

There’s always gonna be good individual reporters but the institution/editorial staff has always been rotten to the core. It exists to advance the interests of the ruling class.

You can go back to the turn of the 20th century & they profiled a kid from the Congo being toured around the west in a cage.

I mean it’s not exactly the hill I die on but for me all of commercial media is the same. Racist, classist and militaristic.
