Excellent read! Is there any info available on who Oceangate purchased the Cyclops-to-be from? I’m guessing it was some sort of research or repair submersible (???) but was curious how the previous owner/co. rated its dive capabilities.

(The Cyclops 1-to-be, that is, not the carbon fiber model.)
