also not to give the bad ideas ppl worse ideas but really surprised that "enforce vagrancy laws!" hasn't become a rallying point on the right. too soft? too retro? do they have complex feelings about america in its hobo era? (the hobo moral panic may not make it into my book but let me tell you...)
