I'm 99% OK so far... and that 1% is my window caulking failed so there's a drip drip drip drip in my bedroom, like a telltale heart but cat 1 Gulf water. I'm laughing over how it's STILL BROWN 🤣 (Nothing a towel on the floor won't fix for now.)
