bro it sucks to be working way harder than i ever did at my old job and be making like a quarter of what i did there. i like that i'm just doing stuff for myself now but idk if this is tenable long or even medium-term
I have known *so* many talented, hard-working writers and editors that I was ecstatic to work with and alongside get their careers snatched away from them, and it's heartbreaking. I have always loved your work, and writing a one-off piece for Fanbyte was a highlight of my freelance career.
