I put my key words in bullet points at the top of my resume.

Honest question: does that seem to be successful? I teach business writing courses and this is something I am sincerely grappling with right now when I teach resume design.

I got my resume style from a friend who developed a resume that got her many interviews. Our local dept of employment also teaches this resume style.

Is there a name for this type of resume style? Is the key to use bullet points?

Try ATS or ATS-friendly resume.
