I have no idea if 'Rep. Gov. Noem is a puppy murderer' will take off, but:
1-you can't win if you don't buy a ticket.
2-(some) Dems are realizing that you have to attack the person, not just abstract policies.
Baby steps, but at least they're in the right direction.
