The fact that drug makers wrote a brief AGAINST banning mifepristone, because they know the downhill slide of FDA overseeing their drugs could be impacted. MONEY is the motivator here. So the question is really how many of them are on the take from Big Pharma & will that sway their opinion?

I worry these kinds of travesties will ruin American life for decades unless we build consensus around immediate Court expansion. The GOP took unconstitutional measures (2000 election theft, McConnell's seat theft, etc.) to capture the Court—Biden/Senate should restore constitutional order now.

Yes, but it will never happen because Biden is still living in the 20th century with its “norms.”

It'll happen if enough people protest. He's facing an uphill climb to reelection and can't afford mass discontent among his own base. You're right about his core attitude, but there's every reason to protest rather than giving up in advance.
